- Here at gatorbowlmerchandise.com we do our very best to ship out orders as they are received. We want all you fans to receive your gear before game time in January. All US orders are delivered in 2-3 days by USPS Priority mail. Some orders may take up to a week. International orders can take a little bit longer since they are shipped by 1st class international mail. Once it leaves the US, the local post office of the shipping country delivers it and customs can slow the process. International orders generally take 6-10 days but can take up to 2 weeks. If you order seems like its taking more time than normal, please contact us.

- Spam and fraud hurts us all - that's why we don't rent, loan, sell or distribute your information or our newsletter e-mails to anyone. Your privacy is important to us and is completely guaranteed. When you give us your personal information such as e-mail, address or phone number during the ordering and checkout process, they are used for order confirmation purposes only. During your checkout you are required to input your credit card info. We never store your credit card info on our servers.
- Returns & Replacements
- You may return a product for refund or exchange within 15 days of the order shipment date (the order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). All returning items must be unwashed and unworn. If your item arrived defective or damaged, we're sorry. Please contact us right away. We will happily replace it for you at no extra charge to you. If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging provided. When your return is received, you will be issued a refund to your credit card. (Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise). Please contact us to place an exchange or return.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Gatorbowlmerchandise.com accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover. (We can also send you an invoice through Paypal) After you have selected the items you would like to purchase, go to your cart and click "CHECKOUT" to enter your billing and shipping info. Please make sure your billing info is accurate. This will prevent errors in the online credit card processing. The validation of your credit card info is important to prevent fraud and un-authorized purchases. As a safety measure, we will call you if your purchase is over $100 to ensure that you are in fact the person who placed the order. All information received at Gatorbowlmerchandise.com is encrypted when credit card payment is being processed and no credit card information is ever stored on our server.
